A beautiful, classy, historic hotel with attentive staff. Wonderful dinner on the veranda. A very comfortable room. Close to everything in Manitou Springs. A rose and cookies on the bed were a nice touch since we told them we were celebrating our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Ancient. No air conditioning. No windows to open. It was horrible. Pictures on Booking misleading. Staff was very nice. We were going to stay 2 nights but checked out after first night. I’ve thought about writing a scathing review on TripAdvisor. It was just misleading. The website and then what was real was totally different. I really feel duped and misled.

Service and hotel was awesome. The staff was so kind and welcoming. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service and food were top notch. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. This is a great place for a weekend getaway
